One of the original remaining cottages from the 1940’s, Nessie is a cottage of many tales and Heritage of our beautiful Betty’s Bay!

Whilst this little home has been transformed into a beautiful architectural dream cottage, all original window frames, beams and exterior have been kept as best as possible to remember where it has come from.  Nessie is hidden away in the lush forest of the neighbouring Botanical Gardens, which will leave you in a magical setting of peace and tranquility.

A magical garden with majestic views of mountains and the distant sea sounds, this special cottage is the ideal breakaway place to relax and forget about all your worries.

Living/dining room:  A cosy open-plan, living and kitchen area with an indoor fireplace for those cold wintery nights looking onto the majestic mountains and forests.  A snug dining room to enjoy a homely cooked meal.

Limited parking available at the house.

2 mins drive to Jocks Bay.

2 mins walk to Harold Porter Botanical Gardens.

Rods Trail starting point is right on your door so easy to explore the mountains.

Bedding and linen can be provided for the duration of your stay – please note you must bring own towels.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Refundable damage deposit from R2000.00 – R3000.00

Once-off cleaning charge ( we clean after you vacate and no daily service is provided) from R250.00 – R650.00.

Bedding and linen charge from R 250.00 – R 650.00 (optional).
